I'll 100% concur with Steve Bonifede's and Josh Crocker's 5 reviews. I had to figure out the right long terms solution for a rental unit. He laid out the options in a useful way, and helped me come to a very satisfactory solution. Long story short. I left to put out some other fires and he called me a few hours later, with everything working, and the area cleaner than how I left it. He showed me first, then I brought down the tenant so she could express any concerns. She was pleased, which also made me look good. I am juggling a bunch of things at this particular moment including an very serious illness in the family, and just had a lot of on my plate. His calm presence, experience, and people skills were all assets I needed right now. I ended up asking him about his background and although he started Proudman Plumbing a year ago, his 20 years of experience beginning where he is originally from, NH, made perfect sense.
